Drop your vehicle at our secure covered facility, hop on our shuttle, and we'll take you directly to your Heathrow terminal. Pick-up on return is just as easy.
Arrival procedure
Before you arrive
On the day of travel, please contact the car park approximately 30–45 minutes before arrival on 020 3869 0199 so the team can prepare for your check-in and transfer.
At the car park
- Drive to level 5 and park within the designated check-in bay.
- Remain with your vehicle and wait for a member of staff to assist you.
- Choose to leave keys with our team or keep them with you — your vehicle is securely stored inside the facility either way.
Airport transfer
Once check-in is complete, our shuttle takes you directly to your terminal. A £10 cash payment to the driver covers the Heathrow airport barrier charge.
Return procedure
After you land
Please call the car park operations line on 020 3869 0199 to let us know you've landed.
Collect your luggage
Once you've collected your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal, follow the instructions given to you on the phone and meet our driver at the meeting point.
Shuttle collection
You'll be directed to your terminal's Short Stay collection area, where our shuttle will pick you up and drive you back to the car park for vehicle handover. Please pay the driver £10 cash for the airport exit barrier charge.
Charges to be aware of
Your parking fee is paid online when you book. On the day, the only extra is a £10 cash payment to the shuttle driver at the airport — this covers the Heathrow exit barrier charge. The same £10 applies on return.
