By placing a booking with Heathrowcarparking you accept the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Booking & payment

All bookings are confirmed by email once payment is taken. Prices include VAT.

2. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24h before drop-off with Cancellation Cover. Otherwise a 50% charge applies.

3. Liability

Vehicles are fully insured while in our care. We are not liable for items left in vehicles.

4. Extensions

Extensions are charged at the same daily rate and must be requested before the original return time.
