Arrival procedure
Before you arrive
Please contact the car park 30–45 minutes before arrival on 020 3869 0199 so the team can prepare for your check-in.
At the car park
- Drive to level 5 and park in the designated check-in bay.
- Remain with your vehicle and wait for a staff member to assist you.
- Choose to leave keys with our team or keep them with you — your vehicle is securely stored inside the facility either way.
Getting to Heathrow
After parking, travel to Heathrow Airport using any of the three options:
- Shuttle service (pre-arranged, £15 including airport exit barrier charge)
- Public transport
- Taxi
Return procedure
After you land
Please call us on 020 3869 0199 to let us know you've landed.
After luggage collection
Once you have your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal, follow the instructions given to you on the phone.
Return to the car park

- Taxi
Collect your vehicle
On arrival, a staff member will assist if needed. Locate your vehicle and exit the car park at your convenience.
